Shipment Tracking
You can access shipment tracking via one of the following three options.

In your account
In your account under order details click on the tracking number (e.g. #00341434262390117940)
Shipping confirmation email
Click on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email (e.g. #00341434262390117940)
Through the chat
Select "My order status" in the chat and enter the order number (e.g. 1010) or e-mail address and zip code.
